What we can answer
Which of two cuts sits closer to the body. What a fabric does after a first wash. Whether a colourway runs in your size. Where a number on a page came from, and when it was last touched. A correction, if a figure on a page is wrong: those get fixed the same week.
What we cannot
Anything attached to an order. We do not see orders, cannot look one up, cannot change an address and cannot start a return. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order question reaches a human faster through the account you placed it with.
How long a reply takes
A working day or two. A question about a specific garment usually comes back the same day, because the answer is already in the catalogue.
