Editorial Policy
Who writes these pages, what gets checked before a figure is printed, and how a mistake gets fixed.
Everything on darong.org is written in-house. No page is syndicated, no description is lifted from anywhere else, and every page here was written to answer something.
What gets checked
Every price, size run and colour count printed on a page is read out of our catalogue on the build, not typed by hand. A number in running prose is checked against the same catalogue before the page goes out. Where the two disagree, the page does not ship.
Outside material
Where a page rests on something outside our own catalogue (a textile standard, a care-labelling rule), the source is named on the page and read in full before it is cited. Those links live in the journal and on the pages that explain how we work, not on shopping pages.
Corrections
A wrong figure is a wrong figure. Write to seam@darong.org and it gets fixed in the same week, on every page it reached.
What we do not print
No review counts we did not count. No awards, no certificates, no customer totals. The one checkable fact this site states about the company is the year it started.
